Polar Bear Plunge Sponsor Sheet

On Friday, March 19 at 1 p.m. more than 300 students will witness Michael J. Patterson, Principal of Holy Child Catholic School in Manayunk, jump into a pool full of ice water in the parking lot of the school to raise money for the school’s Smart Board fund and tuition assistance programs.

We realize these are difficult times, yet so many families believe in the gift of Catholic education. We know the many sacrifices parents make to send their children to HCCS. We are ready to do anything, even jump in the Atlantic Ocean in February to help those in need and to place Smart Boards in every classroom. We are asking our families and friends to support this effort. Please join us in asking your families and friends to do the same by making a warmhearted donation to this important cause.

Remember, the student raising the most money will receive 5% of the total raised off their tuition this year.
We are looking forward to having a great time while raising funds for Smart Boards and tuition assistance! We ask you to be cool and help us to spread the word! We invite any adult over eighteen years of age to join us as a “plunger”. Call the school office for registration details. Please don’t be icy in considering joining the team, nor frozen in soliciting financial support. We can’t be frosty in raising funds for Catholic education!
